Insights Discovery is simple to use, memorable and most of all fun. is can be used to generate individual profiles and also in team development, to develop and improve team relationships.
Insights helps people to understand, how they think, how they work, behave and their preferred communications styles. Everyone obtains their own unique Insights Discovery profile which outlines their own blend of Fiery red, sunshine yellow, earth green and cool blue. The mix determines individuals personality preferences. The profiles are then used for individual effectiveness training, development, workshops or coaching.
HOW IT WORKS
Insights Discovery uses a simple and accessible four colour model to understand an individual’s unique preferences. These preferences are measured based on responses to a short online evaluator. One of the outputs is a 20 page personality profile, which identifies strengths and areas for development.
Insights Discovery has its roots in the work of Swiss psychologist Carl Jung. This is the same psychology that is used in Myers Briggs, although Insights Discovery provides a more memorable, sticky training opportunity. It is continually validated and refined by our research team to ensure it is always accurate and deeply insightful.
