Before your session, we’ll talk with you about your team, the challenges you’re facing and what you would like to be different as a result of the workshop. We can then tailor the session around areas such as:

We can focus on

“The result is an Insights Discovery workshop that is relevant to your people rather than simply an interesting day away from the office”.

Insights Discovery Bristol & the South West FAQs

What is Insights Discovery?

An Insights Discovery workshop is an interactive team development session that helps people understand themselves and others more effectively. Using the Insights Discovery colour energies – Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue – participants explore their communication preferences, strengths and potential development areas.

The workshop gives teams a simple, memorable language they can continue using long after the session has finished.

Yes. We deliver Insights Discovery workshops throughout Bristol and the South West, working with organisations that want to improve communication, teamwork, leadership and collaboration.

Workshops can be delivered at your workplace or at a suitable training venue in Bristol and the South West.

As well as Bristol and surrounding areas, we can deliver Insights Discovery training across the wider South West including Bath, Cheltenham, Cotswolds, Swindon, Exeter, Plymouth, Truro and surrounding areas.

Yes. If you have an appropriate meeting or training room, we can deliver the workshop at your own premises. This can be a convenient and cost-effective option, particularly when the whole team is based in or around Bristol.

Alternatively, we can help you identify a suitable external training venue.

Yes. If you would prefer to take your team away from the workplace, the workshop can be held at a professional Bristol training or conference venue.

Bristol is particularly convenient for teams with people travelling from different locations because of its excellent rail connections. We can discuss your requirements and recommend the type of venue and room layout that will work best for your group.

Yes. Participants can complete the Insights Discovery Evaluator before the workshop and receive their own Insights Discovery Personal Profile.

The profile provides personalised information about areas such as communication style, strengths, possible weaknesses, management preferences and how an individual may interact with other people.

During the workshop, participants learn how to interpret and apply their profiles rather than simply receiving a report.

The format can be tailored to your objectives. Workshops can range from shorter introductory sessions through to half-day and full-day programmes, with more extensive programmes available where required.

For teams wanting to explore their profiles in greater depth and apply the learning to real workplace situations, a full-day workshop can provide more time for discussion, exercises and practical application.

Insights Discovery can work with both small teams and larger groups. The most appropriate format will depend on the number of participants and what you want the team to achieve.

For larger groups, we can discuss facilitation, room layout and activities to make sure everyone remains involved in the workshop.

Yes. Insights Discovery can be particularly valuable for newly formed teams because it gives people a positive framework for understanding different working and communication preferences from the outset.

It can help team members get to know one another more quickly, discuss how they prefer to work and establish a common language for future collaboration.

For larger groups, we can discuss facilitation, room layout and activities to make sure everyone remains involved in the workshop.

Absolutely. Established teams can use Insights Discovery to explore existing working relationships and identify opportunities to communicate and collaborate more effectively.

It can be particularly useful when teams are experiencing change, bringing departments together, developing managers or simply looking for ways to strengthen performance and relationships.

The cost depends on factors such as the number of participants, workshop format, Personal Profiles required, location and specific objectives.

We can provide a tailored quotation once we understand your group size and what you would like the workshop to achieve.
