An experienced facilitator with over 20 years’ experience in all facets of Learning & Development including delivery of Leadership Development through to team build initiatives and 1:1 Executive Coaching. Jen has been a key member of senior L&D teams across a number of corporate organisations including JP Morgan Investment Bank, Aon Reinsurance, Nationwide Building Society and Specsavers. She has held positions from Senior Business Partner to functional operations such as Tech, Finance, HR and Marketing through to Global Business Partnering and Head of Global Leadership (Specsavers). Her breadth of knowledge and experience covers all facets of L&D and she has designed and deployed many programmes including: Graduate/Top Talent Programmes, to Management Development initiatives and Leadership programmes. Her experience has gained her strong creditability with senior peers and she operates with insight, pragmatism and a
commercial bias.
