I specialise in developing leaders, implementing strategy and leading teams in a complex world. My experiences of strategic thinking and leading teams in uncertainty easily translates into business challenges which I have been working on with a diverse group of clients since 2010.
My leadership CV continues to grow following a 22 year career in the Royal Navy working in strategic, operational and tactical roles including Head of the Royal Navy Leadership Academy. My practical leadership experience is also diverse, working with teams on global missions in the Antarctic, the Caribbean with the US Coast Guard, to leading a 26 nation observation team on the Iraq/Kuwait border prior to the second Gulf War.
As a leadership and strategy implementation specialist I design and facilitate leadership programmes for Duke Corporate Education as a member of their Global Learning Resource Network. My unique experiences provide strong reference points for me to develop leadership skills in my clients and I also work as an Executive Coach. Assignments for client companies stretch from the UK to US/Canada, Luxembourg, Germany, Sweden and the Far East.
My articles on leadership have been published in the Sunday Times, People Management and most recently in ‘Director’ the IoD magazine. I also deliver guest lectures at the London School of Economics, IoD and the London Wealth Forum.
